Firefighter Musk

“Musk’s Masterpiece”

Ingredients:
• Lamb chops (French Cut)
• Sea Salt
• Pepper (coarse grind)
• Garlic powder
* Broil until medium rare

Risotto:
• 1 Lg. can of College Inn chicken broth (48 oz.)
• 1 ½ cups Arborio rice
• ½ stick of butter
• 4 oz. white wine
• 1 shallot
• Pinch of parsley
• A handful of Locatelli cheese
• ½ oz. of Wesson oil

Directions:
1. Heat the broth in a pot or sauce pan
2. Sauté the chopped shallot in 2 tablespoons of butter and oil until translucent
3. Add the rice and stir for approximately 2 minutes but don’t let the rice change color
4. Add wine, keep stirring until absorbed
5. Add broth until completely absorbed while stirring
6. Continue adding broth until the rice is tender and the rice gets creamy
7. Stir in the rest of the butter, parsley and cheese
8. Serve immediately

Ingredients for Brussels Sprouts:
• 12 sprouts
• 4 cloves of garlic
• ½ shallot
• Olive oil
• Sea salt
• Pepper

Directions:
1. Cut sprouts in half
2. Sauté the garlic and shallots
3. Add the sprouts cut side down
4. Cook until almost crisp then turn over
5. Season with salt and pepper
