Penne ala Vodka & Meatballs

Sal’s Penne ala Vodka
Ingredients:
1 lb pasta
½ cup chopped onion
½ cup chopped ham
½ cup chopped prosciutto
¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
¼ cup chopped fresh basil
¼ cup oil
½ teaspoon pepper
½ pint heavy cream
½ cup Georgi Vodka
½ cup grated cheese
Desired amount of tomato sauce

Directions:
Sauté onions, ham, and prosciutto, with pepper in pan with olive oil on a medium flame. Add in Georgi Vodka. Mix in desired amount of sauce and heavy cream. Mix in parsley and basil. Add cooked pasta and grated cheese. Mix and serve.


Sal’s Famous Meatballs

Ingredients:
2 lbs. ground beef
2 eggs
¼ cup chopped garlic
1 cup grated cheese
½ cup chopped fresh parsley
½ cup chopped fresh basil
4 slices of bread
1 – 2 cups water
2 cups bread crumbs
½ teaspoon salt
1-teaspoon pepper

Directions
Mix all ingredients, except for bread and water, in a large bowl. Cube bread and add water to soften. Strain bread and add into bowl. After mixing in bread, add breadcrumbs. Roll meatballs into desired size and place on a sheet pan. Cook 30 – 40 minutes at 350⁰.
